CREATE-A-CLASS PAYMENT & WAIVER

Terms & Conditions:  There must be a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 9 participants for this service.  All participants must pay in full in advance, or within 24-hours of receiving booking confirmation from us.  If the minimum number of participants (5) do not complete payment within 24-hours of receiving booking confirmation from us, the Create-A-Class booking for your group will be cancelled and any monies paid returned.   Due to the nature of this service, classes cannot be rescheduled once booked.  All classes can be live-streamed & recordings can be made available should someone not be able to attend at the scheduled class time.  Once payment is received for the minimum number of participants (5), this confirms the booking and there will be no refunds under any circumstances.  This participant fee covers the cost for (1) student to participate in four 60-minute classes as booked with our administration.  All payments must be done through this site online (contactless).   Encore Studios reserves the right to make changes to the schedule and teacher as may be required due to unforeseen circumstances.   

Encore Studios is not responsible for providing before/after class care for students or their siblings. Please make every effort to drop off/pick up your child in a timely manner.  

Due to COVID-19 restrictions:

Our lobby will be closed to parents. There is curb-side drop off/pick up for your children. Masks are required in our space except for when participating in physical activity.  Our on-site change rooms will be closed.  Students should come in their appropriate uniform.  There will be a spot provided to place clothes worn over uniform and for other belongings.  

Waiver - By completing this payment transaction:

 You are agreeing to hereby release Encore Studios, its Director, instructors, employees, and volunteers, jointly and severally, of and from any and all claims, demands, rights and causes of action of whatsoever kind and nature, arising from and by any reason of any loss thereto, any death, sickness, loss or damage to property including loss or theft of personal property incurred by me and/or my child any time during participation in any activity connected with Encore Studios, whether such claims or liability arises from the conduct of action whatsoever which may now exist or come into existence at any time in the future.

You also agree to further represent and warrant that you/your child will not participate in any activity of Encore Studios unless in good health and have no physical condition that would prevent the student from participating in those activities.  You choose to participate or have your child participate, at your/their own risk in any activity of Encore Studios.

You hereby agree that this Waiver shall be binding upon you/your child as a student of Encore Studios.
