With over 30 years of experience in dance education, performance production, and mentorship, Ms. Tobi Léveillé has become a guiding force in shaping the next generation of performing artists—in Winnipeg and across Canada. Beginning with a passion for movement and expression, her journey has evolved into a mission to create space where dancers of all ages feel empowered, inspired, and seen.

In 2005, Ms. Tobi founded Encore Studios (formerly Promenade Dance Academy) with a clear and heartfelt vision: to build an inclusive, joyful studio where every student—regardless of age, background, or skill level—can thrive. Under her leadership, Encore has grown into a vibrant community that celebrates progress, creativity, and personal growth just as much as technical excellence.

Ms. Tobi believes dance strengthens both body and mind. She teaches that artistry is built through dedication, and every dancer—recreational or professional—deserves the chance to shine. Her training nurtures confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love for the art.

Known for her emotionally rich choreography and deep connection with students and families, Ms. Tobi leads with warmth, vision, and purpose—fostering a studio culture rooted in excellence, empathy, and celebration.
