Is your dancer is looking for an extra performance opportunity without adding extra hours to their weekly schedule? This program offers a supportive and confidence‑building introduction to the competitive world.  

Get Your Body Moving 

 These classes for adults blend movement, fitness, and fun in a supportive, judgment‑free environment.  Offered in 3 sessions, and drop-ins are welcome too!
